- i am experiencing troubles (big troubles) with my video output:
- i tried to connect my A1200 to a VGA monitor via a DB25 - 15p VGA adapter
- MY AMIGA REFUSES TO BOOT : it doesn't even show me the early startup menu
- when i press both MBs.
- when i start it with monitor disconnected (video on my TV set via composite
- output) and then connect the VGA monitor, it doesn't crash. BUT at the first
- reset... nothing!
- when i change display mode to dblntsc, the vga output is still ureadable
- (same thing with dblpal).
- this might come from the monitor which is rather old, but i don't know....
- could someone PLEASE help me to get the whole damned thing working?
-
- my config is the following:
- A1200 + MTEC 030/28 4Mo FAST
- 3.5 HD caviar 85
- DF1: 880Ko
- Squirrel and pioneer dr 124X (4.4X)
-
- advice welcome!
